Qualifications
You should possess a Medical Degree (MD or DO) and be board-certified in Family Medicine, Med-Peds or Internal Medicine
An active and unrestricted medical license is necessary
Experience: Extensive experience in primary care medicine is expected
Experience in telemedicine and virtual care is required
Leadership: Demonstrable leadership skills in a clinical setting are crucial
You will need to guide a team, uphold high medical standards, and navigate the complex landscape of integrated care
Product Development Acumen: Previous experience in product management or a history of close collaboration with a product development team would be a significant advantage
You should have a grasp of how product enhancements can drive improved patient outcomes
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
You should be comfortable engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders and fostering a vibrant online community
Data-driven Approach: You should be comfortable using data to inform both your clinical and product decisions

Responsibilities
Patient Care: Deliver top-tier, personalized primary care through our virtual platform
Initially, approximately 30% of your time will be dedicated to product development with your clinical time eventually reaching up to 90%
Uphold and enhance our clinical protocols and standards in line with medical regulations
Product Development: Collaborate closely with our technology team
Your insights will play a crucial role in developing a platform that aligns perfectly with patient needs and our commitment to integrated, preventive, and personalized care
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with a diverse team of stakeholders, including specialist physicians, product and technology development, pharmacy, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive, effective service delivery
Data Utilization: Utilize patient data to inform both clinical and product development decisions, all while adhering to strict data privacy and security standards
Community Building: Engage with our online health-conscious community through webinars, Q&As, and health content creation
Your role will be instrumental in shaping a positive, supportive, and health-focused environment
Staff Development: Provide guidance to other medical professionals in our team, instilling our high standards of patient care and creating a nurturing learning environment
Influence Product Development: You will have a direct influence on our digital health platform's design and functionality
